Congratulations New Eagle Scout

Congratulations to Christian Ratliff for earning the Eagle rank. Christian's project at Chickamauga and Chattanooga Military Parks, cleaned up and repaired the amphitheater in the Boy Scout primitive camping area. Christian's Eagle ceremony was on Sunday March 18, 2012 at the Gartenhaus Training Center of The International Board of Jewish Missions in Hixson.

Congratulations New Eagle Scout

Congratulations to Shane Wolf. Shane's Eagle Court of Honor was held at Valley Brook Golf Course, celebrating Shane's journey from Tiger Scout to Eagle. Shane built a bridge 31 feet in length on the Cumberland Trail.

Cub and Partner a Success

Pack 3266 had a wonderful time at Skymont at the first weekend of the 2011 Cub and Partner. About sixty Scouts and their partners fished, shot BB guns, shot arrows, made crafts, and had a great campfire and fellowship.

Troop Wins at District Camporee

Congratulations to Troop 166 for winning the First Aid and Camping Skills competitions at the 2011 Mountain District camporee.

New Eagle Scout

Congratulations to Alex Seeley for passing his Eagle Board of review. Alex started in Pack 3266 and joined Troop 166 after completing his Arrow of Light. Again, congratulations to Mr. Seeley.

Join Cub Scouts

Pack 3266 will have its annual sign up night on Thursday, August 18th at 6:45. Come learn about the Cub Scout program for boys from first grade through fifth grade. If you can't make it Thursday night, join us at our regular meeting time on Monday nights at 6:45.

Troop Prepares for the Hiwassee River Race

Troop 166 recently collected bamboo and are practicing their lashings in preparation for the Hiwassee River Race at the end of the month. They are looking forward to putting their scouting skills to the test. Hopefully, their swimming skills won't be needed.

Scouts Honor Veterans

Scouts from Pack 3266 and Troop 166 honored veterans this weekend by placing flags on graves at the National Cemetery in Chattanooga. Here is a video created by Scout parent David Cox.

Burks' God and Country Program

Several Scouts from Pack 3266 participated in the God and Me and God and Family programs held at Burks from January through early March. Congratulations to those Scouts that completed this course and thanks to Burks' Children's ministry, Teri Johnson, Trish Easter, and Brian Hopper.
